Workstations, laptops, docks, printers, desk phones and network equipment: unboxed, set up, configured to your build and tested with the user.

Dispatch visits
Break-fix and scheduled visits to your clients' sites, with check-in and check-out through your dispatch.

Site surveys
Network, Wi-Fi and site-readiness surveys with photos and a written report. Surveys are assessment only: nothing is installed.

Monthly on-site retainers
A fixed block of on-site hours each month for your Southern California clients, on one invoice. It turns "we'll find someone" into a standing arrangement.
How a work order runs
Before the visit.
We confirm the scope, site contact, arrival window, parts and sign-off steps with you in writing.
On site.
We check in and out with your dispatch, follow your client's site rules, and take photos where your process asks for them.
Close-out.
Written notes and photos reach you by the end of the next business day, in your format.
Billing.
You get an invoice, or an approval request on your platform, with the work order number on it.

Scope note for California
In California we do not install or bid low-voltage work, which includes cabling, access-point mounting, cameras and access control. Everything else on this page is in scope.
